Coconut spiral cake

Ingredients to the dough

1 dl milk, 1 bag Váncza ammonium-bicarbonate, 500g flour, 250g margarine, 3 egg-yolks, 120g powdered sugar

To the filling

3 egg-white, 250g powdered sugar, 300g grated coconut

Heat the milk to lukewarm and stir ammonium bicarbonate into it. Knead flour, soft margarine and egg-yolks together and add dissolved ammonium-bicarbonate.Whip egg-yolks until hard then gently stir in powdered sugar and grated coconut. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll out each part to 3mm thick rectangle. Spread the coconut filling on it and roll on.Cut the rolls with a sharp knife into 10mm thick slices and put the small spiral pieces into a prepared baking pan.Heat the oven up to 160°C, put the baking pan in and bake at medium temperature for 15 min. until light brown.
